Magnesium oil topical spray is one of the best ways for our bodies to absorb this vitally important mineral that many of us are lacking. Topical applications are proven to be more effective with the absorption of magnesium distributing the mineral faster for better results.
Muscle spasms, muscle cramps, headaches and restless legs are among the classic signs and symptoms of low magnesium.
How to Use:
Simply spray 4-5 pumps of oil to your skin, then rub it in and allow your skin absorb it for 15- 30 minutes. Wash hands after use. Avoid contact with face.
Avoid showering or bathing during this time.
Avoid contact with cut or broken skin.
It is normal to experience some tingling where you apply the Magnesium Oil. This is normal and will dissipate with continued use.
Best if also applied directly to the site of sore or tense muscles and rubbed in.
