Herbal Salves: Arnica & Comfrey After Sports Salve

Arnica and Comfrey herbal salves have both been widely used around the world for generations to help alleviate discomfort due to:
-Over worked muscles
-strained & sprained muscles
-soft tissue damage
-bruises

Combined these two home infused (soaked for a really long time) oils are a powerhouse of comfort for many injuries caused from rough sports or over exertion. Blended with a soothing mixture of essential oils to further help relieve discomfort, swelling and irritation.

Simply rub a small amount onto affected area and allow to soak in for several minutes before covering with clothing
